132404 - Land Transportation Station Manager Take part in defining targets, policies, initiatives and operational plans associated with land transportation station, directly supervise planning and organization of works at station, work on developing the workflow and procedures in force, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources guarantying the continuous implementation of day-to-day operations, as efficiently as possible.
Main Tasks:
Take part in developing policies, initiatives and operational plans associated with land transportation station and needs thereof, identify the main objectives and indicators of station, and work on measuring and following the same on a continuous basis.
Follow-up-on flow of processes and procedures at station, control the movement of travelers, and ensure their safety, security and ease of getting services of transport, in coordination with all concerned bodies.
Ensure the effective coordination with all concerned bodies; with a view to guarantying safety and effectiveness of all facilities and services provided at station, besides maintaining the same on a continuous basis.
Review, follow and study suggestions and complaints from travelers or transport companies, or those initiated by station staff, take actions and measures required for addressing the same, and ensure avoiding the same in the future.
Supervise studying and identifying station’s developmental needs and priorities, follow implementing and applying the associated initiatives, programs and projects, provide all necessary resources and ensure the optimal exploitation of such resources.
