132410 - Air Traffic Control Manager Participate in setting the main objectives and general strategies for the air control, directly supervise various works and activities of air control, including the automated approach control at air traffic control tower, planning and organizing all associated administrative and technical aspects, and ensuring the adherence to regulations and standards of international control that are in force in the Kingdom.
Main Tasks:
Take part in defining, achieving and implementing the main objectives and general strategies for the air traffic control, and assure applying accurate frameworks to determine the level of achievement of such strategic plans and targets.
Manage and direct the day-to-day activities of air traffic control, plan staff schedules, and ensure their adherence to the approved standards and regulations, in a manner that contributes to protecting the safety of airplanes and the streamlined movement of air traffic in the sky and land of Kingdom.
Continually coordinate with the internal and external bodies concerned with tasks and works of air traffic control and airplanes, ensuring the successful and effective management of air traffic control in the Kingdom and neighboring territories of aviation.
Supervise preparing abstracts and reports on workflow of air traffic control operations, inform the specialized senior management of different challenges and updates, and seek the advice thereof regarding various emergent cases.
Supervise identifying and ensuring the availability of all resources, techniques and materials required for ensuring that the air traffic control operations perform all day-to-day tasks properly and effectively, and ensuring the most idealistic and efficient utilization thereof.
