132411 - Railways Operations Manger Take part in preparing strategic and operational plans of railways operation, directly supervise planning and organizing the operation of railways network, follow implementation of different instructions, in line with the operational plans, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that ensure effectiveness of workflow as much as possible.
Main Tasks:
Take part in preparing strategic plans and general objectives, in line with the defined directions and priorities, and future trends of Saudi Railways Organization, actively contribute to managing, directing and evaluating the applications thereof.
Follow, manage and direct activities pertaining to the management of railways affairs, ensure the optimal application of all laws, regulations, instructions and directions, follow the issuance of licenses and permits, in line with the approved standards and conditions in such regard.
Take part in revising and developing the applicable laws, regulations and policies in the fields of railways services, ensure developing and updating the same on a continuous basis, and coordinate with Department of Railways Stations; with a view to ensuring the compliance therewith.
Revise and study Kingdom needs to railways, and propose future plans guarantying the achievement of sustainable economic development of railways sector in the Kingdom.
Follow preparing reports of work and completion, submit the same to the specialized senior management, keep the same informed of different challenges and updates associated with the management and operation of railways, besides seek senior management’s advice on different cases and coming initiatives.
