Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of goods storage, allocate tasks, and ensure the delivery of products without delay and in a cost-effective manner.
Main Tasks:
Develop logistics services’ strategies, policies and general plans, and proceed the implementation thereof.
Manage and direct the daily activities of logistics and distribution, besides proceed goods’ storage and distribution.
Select, train and supervise the stuff, as well as control the level of their performance and behaviors against the objectives.
Monitor the performance of the operations and staff in the light of the identified objectives; identify the patterns; and take corrective actions.
Proceed maintenance activities, coordinate reparations of equipment to ensure the minimizing of downtime, develop policies and procedures; to ensure the compliance with HSE rules and regulations, and proceed the implementation thereof.
