Take part in setting the main objectives and strategy of the post office, manage various works and processes of office, follow all administrative, operational and financial affairs thereof ensuring the execution of activities and main objectives, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources in a manner that guarantees the flow of day-to-day processes at office, as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Take part in developing the general strategy and main objectives of office and achieving the same, through developing operational and executive plans of office, follow the execution thereof, and ensure the availability of effective mechanism for measuring the level of achievement.
  • Generally supervise the flow of processes and procedures at office, follow-up-on the financial procedures including the payment of postal fees and periodical subscriptions, and ensure the full adherence to all approved rules, regulations in addition to policies.
  • Identify office needs including the financial and human resources in addition to the administrative supplies required for executing office’s various works and activities.
  • Issue the administrative, organizational and technical instructions, circulars and decisions related to managing the operations of the office with the aim to implement the set plans, programs and objectives.
  • Receive work reports prepared by post office staff, prepare the special and periodical reports on the workflow at office, and submit the same to the concerned senior management.
