134101 - Child Care Center Manager Plan, direct and coordinate strategy and activities of Child Care Center, supervise personnel and children at child care centers at the morning (before school), in the evening (after school), during vacations as well as day-time care centers, and supervise planning child-oriented activities.
Main Tasks:
Develop the general strategy of child care center, supervise the activities of identifying target markets and final users, and develop the appropriate action plans.
Manage the day-to-day processes, such as entertainment and educational activities, preparing meals, cleaning and other routine works.
Develop and coordinate programs aiming at promoting children’s physical, social, emotional and intellectual growth.
Select, train and supervise the staff, as well as controlling their performance and behaviors against specified objectives.
Ensure maintaining the facilities and equipment clean and in proper condition enabling the performance of main functions, ensure carrying out the necessary periodical maintenance and reparations, develop policies and procedures for ensuring the adherence to HSE rules and regulations, and supervise the implementation thereof.
