134202 - Health Facilities’ Control Manager

Participate in the development of the main objectives and policies related to the management of health facilities’ control; directly supervise the activities of planning and organizing the management of health facilities’ control, follow inspection on dispensaries, health centers and hospitals, identify the needs thereof and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in developing the main objectives of health facilities’ control, develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and strategic objectives is determined.
  • Develop and revise the policies of control department, supervise their implementation, supervise designing and revising the processes and procedures, ensure their smoothness, review the level of capacity and efficiency, depending on laws and regulations approved by Ministry of Health in the Kingdom.
  • Generally Supervise undertaking development studies and research on control of health facilities, revise and follow raised suggestions and complaints, study the same, take the measures and actions required for solving them, and ensure non-occurrence of them in the future.
  • Supervise the management of health facilities’ control, identify the required specifications, standards and levels of quality; to ensure the good flow of operations and provide the appropriate recommendations to the line manager, paving the way for execution.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and reports that clarify the general rates of achievement and summarize problems and challenges of work, present them to the specialized senior management; inform senior management of the different challenges and updates, propose solutions and appropriate corrective actions, and seek the advice thereof regarding the various important future cases and initiatives.
