Plan, direct and coordinate the strategy and activities of public health facility, supervise non-clinical operations, coordinate therapeutic programs and ensure the adherence to local laws and regulations.
Main Tasks:
Develop the general strategy of public health facility, supervise the activities of identifying target markets and final users, and develop the appropriate action plans.
Manage the day-to-day processes, such as: running national protection programs targeting flu and smallpox, besides educate the public on certain diseases, such as: Middle East respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus (Corona virus) & human immunodeficiency virus (AIDS), and show the available treatments.
Develop and coordinate health care programs, and supervise the implementation of new therapeutic campaigns in response to risks to both environment and public health.
Select, train and supervise employees, besides control their performance and behaviors, against the set targets.
Ensure maintaining the facilities and equipment clean and in good condition for proper functioning, and ensure the implementation of periodic maintenance and required reparations.
