134204 - Public Health Control Manager Participate in the development of the main objectives and policies related to the management of public health control; directly supervise the activities of planning and organizing the works of public health, organize inspection rounds in line with the prepared operational plans, and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Main Tasks:
Participate in developing the management of public health control’s key objectives at various public facilities; develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
Develop and revise the policies of public health control department, supervise their implementation, supervise designing and revising the processes and procedures, ensure their smoothness, review the level of capacity and efficiency.
Provide public health controllers with support, work on organizing the field inspections, revising the prepared reports, ensure taking the necessary actions against any violations or discrepancies in public health standards’ approved by Ministry of Health in the Kingdom.
Supervise the management of public health control, identify the required specifications, standards and levels of quality; to ensure the good flow of operations and provide the appropriate recommendations to the line manager, paving the way for execution.
Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and reports that clarify the general rates of achievement, present them to the specialized senior management; inform senior management of the different challenges and updates; propose the appropriate solutions and corrective actions, and seek the advice thereof regarding the various important future cases and initiatives.
