Participate in the development of the main objectives and preparing hospital’s strategic plans; directly supervise the activities of planning and organizing the various works of hospital, organize various works of hospital, and work on providing the necessary medical equipment, tools and medications, in line with the approved operational plans and budgets, and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in developing the compliance management’s key objectives; prepare hospital’s strategic plans, develop and implement plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Supervise the performance of all workforces at hospital, direct, lead and control the flow of general processes and procedures, assure the level of provided health services, and ensure the coordination and appropriateness thereof to the approved quality standards.
  • Supervise identifying hospital needs including financial and human resources, and the administrative supplies, depending upon defined processes and procedures, and submit the same to the specialized senior management.
  • Supervise the development and implementation of strategies and programs aimed at developing and training the hospital staff to ensure the availability of qualified and trained cadres in various fields of work; and ensure the availability of all modern techniques and means to enable them to apply the work principles and methods as required.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and general reports on achievement at hospital; submit them to the specialized senior management; and inform the senior management of different challenges and updates, and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives associated with the hospital, the development of its performance and increase the effectiveness thereof.
