134207 - Medical Analyses Laboratory Manager Participate in the development of the main objectives of laboratory and directly supervise the activities of planning, organizing and managing the lab technically and administratively, follow the development in the field of chemical and health analyses and compositions, in line with the prepared operational plans and objectives, and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Main Tasks:
Participate in developing the laboratory's key objectives and operational plans; develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
Supervise the performance of all workforces at the medical laboratory, direct, lead and control the flow of procedures, assure the quality of lab devices and processes, and ensure the coordination and appropriateness thereof to the approved quality standards.
Follow-up-on studying and testing samples, analyses and check-ups, follow the implementation of various medical tests, depending on the approved conditions and instructions, besides supervise documenting and archiving the same.
Supervise the development and follow-up of strategies and programs aimed at developing and training the staff of the medical lab; to ensure the availability of qualified and trained cadres in various fields of work; and ensure the availability of all modern techniques and means to enable them to apply the work principles and methods as required.
Supervise preparing abstracts and reports on achievement at the medical lab, inform the specialized senior management of different challenges and updates, and seek the advice thereof regarding various emergent cases.
