Plan, direct and coordinate the strategy and activities of nursing care provided at the health care facility, manage and provide the nursing care.

Main Tasks:

Develop the programs, policies and procedures of patients’ care, identify their needs including nursing care, treatments and other services, and assess such needs; for purpose of meeting the same.

Manage nursing sections at facility, including comprehensive clinics departments, and identify requested needs of specializations and numbers of nursing staff.

Serve as a main contact point between nursing staff, hospital management and external health facilities.

Maintain the technical expertise, update the knowledge on a continuous basis, study the specialized publications, and participate in the training courses and conferences.
