Main Tasks:
Develop strategy, objectives and general standards of health care authority, and supervise the implementation thereof.
Manage the processes of health care institution, and supervise the planning and flow of day-to-day works of facilities and staff.
Establish relationships with the other bodies concerned with health services and social care services, such as: service providers, boards of directors and financing bodies; for coordinating the process of service provision.
Represent the facility abroad in negotiations, conferences, sessions, public hearings and other similar forums.
Develop policies and procedures; to ensure the compliance with HSE regulations, and supervise the implementation thereof.
