134301 - Elderly Care Center Manager
Plan, direct and coordinate provision of services at elderly care center, and manage the day-to-day processes of provision of personal care services to the elderly.
Main Tasks:
Develop strategy, objectives and general standards of elderly care services, and supervise the implementation thereof.
Manage the provision of personal care and residential services for individuals and families, who are in need to such services; due to ageing, besides supervise the planning and flow of day-to-day works of facilities and personnel.
Establish relationships with the other bodies concerned with health services and social care services, such as: service providers, boards of directors and financing bodies; for coordinating the process of service provision.
Represent the facility abroad in negotiations, conferences, sessions, public hearings and other similar forums.
Develop policies and procedures; to ensure the compliance with HSE regulations, and supervise the implementation thereof.
