134401 - Housing Affairs Manager

Participate in the development and preparation of general objectives and plans of housing affairs in accordance with the strategic visions and priorities of Ministry of Housing, generally supervise the activities of managing, planning and organizing the housing-associated works in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs, and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Supervise the development and preparation of housing affairs-associated strategic plans and general objectives in line with the outlined strategic visions and priorities of Ministry of Housing, and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Manage the various works of organization and control over the residential projects, issue the administrative, organizational and technical instructions, circulars and resolutions associated with managing such projects and processes; with a view to achieving plans, programs and objectives.
  • Coordinate and contact with all concerned bodies; for obtaining information and data required for conducting and preparing specialized studies and researches aiming at identifying Kingdom needs including housing projects, besides defining the budgets and requirements of such projects.
  • Revise and propose housing programs-associated policies, strategies and legislations, propose simple mechanisms for granting facilities required for encouraging citizens to benefit from such programs, follow, study and accept the applications, after meeting the specified conditions and standards.
  • Supervise the processes of preparing the general achievement reports and summaries; present these reports and summaries to the top competent authorities; inform these authorities of the various challenges and developments; and consult them about various issues and the important future initiatives.
