Main Tasks:
Supervise achieving the sound basis of religious, health and educational care and direction, and supervise training and awareness program.
Develop the general strategy of Juvenile care center, supervise the activities of identifying the target, and develop the appropriate action plans.
Manage the day-to-day processes, such as entertainment and educational activities, preparing meals, cleaning and other routine works.
Select, train and supervise employees, besides control their performance and behaviors, against the set targets.
Ensure maintaining the facilities and equipment clean and in good condition for proper functioning, and ensure the implementation of periodic maintenance and required reparations.
