134406 - Social Affairs Manager
Take part in developing the key objectives, plans and programs for the social care, directly supervise the activities of planning, organizing and managing the work related to the social affairs, study reports submitted by specialists, and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources guarantying the continuous implementation of daily operations, as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Main Tasks:
Take part in developing the operational plans and executive programs of the social affairs activities and works, including planning needs and providing assistance, subsidies, exemptions and licensing of social centers and other different social activities, ensuring the availability of effective mechanism for measuring the level of achievement and quality.
Supervise social affairs-associated works and activities at governmental and volunteering bodies and centers, provide all associations and entities with the technical or administrative advice; with a view to developing their performance and ensuring their capability for meeting objectives, in line with the policies and instructions of Ministry of Labor & Social Development in the Kingdom.
Contact with the relevant official and volunteering bodies and agencies, and international organizations; with a view to managing and coordinating the social projects and all common efforts associated with social care affairs, follow and provide assistance and subsidies in cases of disasters and calamities.
Supervise preparing the social studies and researches, follow preparation of work and completion reports, submit the same to the specialized senior management, keep the same informed of different challenges and updates associated with the social affairs, besides request senior management’s consultation on different cases and coming initiatives.
Ensure the availability of qualified and trained cadres within various processes and activities of social affairs, ensure providing them with the continuous support and guidance, and enable them from employing the recent practices and methods for improving the level of activities and works therewith associated.
