134409 - Social Insurance Office Manager

Generally supervise the activities of the social insurance office’s work management, planning and organizing in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs; follow up all the related administrative processes; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that ensure the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Supervise the preparation of the operational plans for the management of the office and work organizing and distributing to the different work teams; follow up the implementation process in line with the directions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is determined.
  • Manage the day-to-day works of office related to the provision of social insurance services, issue the administrative, organizational and technical instructions, circulars and resolutions associated with managing such processes; with a view to achieving plans, programs and objectives.
  • Supervise the level of social insurance services being provided, revise and follow raised suggestions and complaints, study the same, take the measures and action required for solving, and ensure non-occurrence of them in the future.
  • Follow preparing and scheduling re-search plans and disbursements, revise the forms of insurance beneficiaries, prepare the necessary recommendations, and issue the associated resolutions, in line with the policies and instructions of Ministry of Labor & Social Development.
  • Prepare and review the reports on labor affairs; present these reports to the Social Security Agency; brief the general management on the latest developments; and provide the solutions or recommendations for various important future strategic issues, initiatives and challenges.
