Plan, direct and coordinate strategies and operational processes at university, promote innovation and re-search, and represent the university at external events.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop the general strategy of university, and coordinate with members of teaching staff; to develop the academic vision at university.
  • Represent university at various conferences and seminars.
  • Manage the financial affairs and revenues of University, set the annual budgets, present the same for approval, and supervise the implementation thereof.
  • Generally supervise the recruitment of academic and non-academic staff, manage HR-related all programs, and conduct interviews with the candidates, as needed.
  • Develop policies and procedures; to ensure the compliance with academic rules as well as HSE regulations, and proceed the implementation thereof.
