Plan, direct and coordinate strategies and operational processes at university, manage the development and execution of curricula and activities, promote innovation and re-search, and represent the university at external events.
Main Tasks:
Develop the general strategy of university, and coordinate with members of teaching staff; to develop the academic vision at university.
Manage and implement the academic programs and processes, supervise the matters-related curricula and instructions, and support innovation and re-search programs.
Manage the financial affairs and revenues of University, set the annual budgets, present the same for approval, and supervise the implementation thereof.
Manage the recruitment of academic and non-academic staff, manage HR-related all programs, and conduct interviews with the candidates, as needed.
Develop policies and procedures; to ensure the compliance with academic rules as well as HSE regulations, proceed the implementation thereof, manage communications with university stakeholders, like: supervisory boards and educational entities, and represent the university externally.
