Take part in developing the general strategy and main objectives, besides developing and implementing the plans, programs and initiatives that contribute to the achievement of such targets, directly supervise planning, organizing and managing the works of institute, follow all the financial and administrative processes, besides the disbursement of annual operational budgets, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that ensure effectiveness of workflow as much as possible.
