Supervise setting the general objectives, developing the strategic plan related to the development of training programs, directly supervise planning, organizing and developing the training, in accordance with the prepared operational plans and strategic targets; follow-up-on all approved administrative processes, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Supervise the development of the general objectives and strategic plans, ensuring the provision of appropriate training effectively, in line with the strategic visions and priorities of the body; and ensure the existence of the accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Supervise developing training programs, curricula and contents, identify their needs including materials, devices and training places, study the up-to-date developments, ensuring the adoption of the best practices and recent training methods.
  • Periodically coordinate with various concerned bodies; with a view to ascertaining the effectiveness of courses across the different organizational units at the body, study the possibility of carrying out developmental projects and initiatives.
  • Supervise studying and identifying the developmental needs and priorities; follow up implementing and applying the associated initiatives, programs and projects related to training programs; provide all the necessary resources; and ensure the optimal exploitation of such resources.
  • Supervise the processes of preparing the general achievement reports and summaries, assess the effectiveness of training programs, present these reports and summaries to the top competent authorities; inform these authorities of the various challenges and developments; and consult them about various strategic issues and the important future initiatives.
