134512 - Educational Supervision & Guidance Manager
Supervise setting the general objectives, developing the strategic plans related to educational supervision & guidance, directly supervise planning, organizing & managing the educational guidance, in accordance with the approved operational plans and prepared targets; and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Main Tasks:
Supervise the development of educational supervision & guidance-associated strategic plans and general objectives in line with the outlined strategic visions and priorities of Ministry of Education, and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
Supervise the works of educational supervisors and mentors, each in respective, develop plans and operational programs of educational supervision processes, identify roles, responsibilities, time schedules in addition to means of assessment relied upon to ensure success of such plans.
Participate in the development and implementation of strategies and programs aimed at developing and training the educational supervisors and mentors; to ensure the availability of qualified and trained cadres in various fields of work; and ensure the availability of all modern techniques and means to enable them to apply the work principles and methods as required.
Hold periodical meetings with the educational mentors, each in respective, revise their reports on the level of performance of teachers and educational specialists, and identify the future frameworks and plans aiming at the development and improvement of their performance.
Supervise preparing abstracts and reports on the flow of educational supervision and guidance-associated processes and activities, inform the specialized senior management at Education Ministry of different challenges and updates, and seek the advice thereof regarding various future cases and initiatives that deemed significant.
