Take part in developing the general strategy and main objectives of the technical center, directly supervise planning, organizing & managing the technical center, in line with the approved operational plans and prepared targets, supervise identifying the technical center’s needs including financial and human resources, and the administrative supplies, and ensure the availability of all resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Take part in developing the key objectives and operational plans of the technical center, develop and execute the plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Supervise the performance of all workforces at technical center, direct, lead and control the flow of general processes and procedures, assure the level of provided training services, and ensure the coordination and appropriateness thereof to the approved quality standards.
  • Supervise preparing studies and re-searches aiming at analyzing the local market needs including training programs, identifying the appropriate training required for meeting such needs and ensuring the optimal selection of training approaches and methods.
  • Supervise the development and implementation of strategies and programs aimed at developing and training the technical center staff to ensure the availability of qualified and trained cadres in various fields of work; and ensure the availability of all modern techniques and means to enable them to apply the work principles and methods as required.
  • Supervise the processes of preparing the outputs reports and summaries; present these reports and summaries to the top competent authorities; inform these authorities of the various challenges and developments; and consult them about various issues and the important future initiatives related to the center.
