Identify the main targets associated with student affairs, develop plans and programs for achieving objectives, directly supervise students, follow-up-on their affairs, provide students with advice and guidance, follow their academic achievement, and support those students.

Main Tasks:
  • Identify the main targets associated with student affairs, develop plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such targets and following the implementation thereof.
  • Supervise organizing educational and awareness programs and events to students, provide the necessary educational guidance and advice regarding the various cases, and work on promoting the growth and development of students in different academic and non-academic fields.
  • Follow-up-on various student affairs, guide the specialists of student affairs towards the best methods and practices associated with identifying students’ customized needs including guidance and advice, and work on meeting such needs.
  • Control the academic achievement of students, contact with guardians, if required, for providing the necessary guidance and advice; to assist creating proper environment for the student at home.
  • Prepare the allocated documents and reports, participate in presenting and clarifying the same, and work on saving the same in database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
