134518 - Dormitory Manager Take part in developing the operational plans and main objectives of dormitory , besides developing and implementing the plans, programs and projects that contribute to the achievement of such targets, directly supervise planning, organizing the dormitory-related works, identify and ensure the availability of all financial, technical, administrative and human resources that ensure effectiveness of workflow as much as possible.
Main Tasks:
Participate in developing the laboratory's key objectives and operational plans of dormitory ensuring student comfort and interaction; develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
Supervise organizing the educational and awareness programs at dormitory, ensure providing students with the proper social, educational and religious guidance that contributes to adapting with the new life in such a dormitory.
Ensure the full adherence to all laws and decisions related to dormitory and its services, contact with all dormitory personnel; with a view to promoting their understanding of all updates and developments.
Provide propositions on the development of workflow, provision of services at dormitory as well as the procedures, ensure documenting and restricting to all approved policies, procedures and laws.
Supervise preparing abstracts and reports on flow of processes at dormitory, measure the effectiveness of offered services, inform the dormitory’s senior management of different challenges and updates, and seek the advice thereof regarding various cases that deemed significant.
