134519 - Teacher Affairs Manager Identify the main objectives associated with teacher affairs, develop plans and programs for achieving such objectives, supervise teacher allocations, as per the actual need of school, assist teachers for achieving professional growth, directly supervise teachers, follow-up-on the associated affairs, provide the necessary guidance, direction and advice, and support their tasks.
Main Tasks:
Identify the main targets associated with teacher affairs, develop plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such targets, and follow the implementation thereof, in line with teacher affairs-related laws, regulations and instructions issued from the respective educational district and Ministry of Education.
Supervise organizing developmental workshops and interviews with teachers in a manner that contributes to leveraging their capability and providing the recent skills and knowledge, besides provide the necessary advice, guidance and direction as regards the difficulties and challenges.
Follow-up-on various teacher affairs including leaves, transportation and others, identify the individual needs, analyze and provide the same, assist in achieving the professional growth and psychological stability, as appropriate.
Pay field visits for following-up-on the various works and cases of teachers, represent teachers, act on their behalf at various seminars and interviews, work on supporting and meeting their needs.
Prepare the allocated documents and reports, participate in presenting and clarifying the same, and work on saving the same in database, as per the approved policies and procedures.
