Supervise bank performance and the extent of meeting targets and plans, and take the necessary actions for improving performance.

Main Tasks:

Ensure providing bank customers with high-quality services, and provide the bank personnel with the continuous support.

Supervise developing plans and programs associated with bank development within the identified strategies, policies and targets.

Take part in drawing up target estimative budget of bank in cooperation with the concerned circuits, and supervise implementing, following the same, and unveiling causes of deviations.

Prepare the approved annual evaluation, stating the required recommendations, as per the performance evaluation system.

Oversee the bank’s technical performance, and set standards of performance and productivity of the related organizational units.
