Plan, direct and coordinate leasing activities at the facility, revise lease agreements, negotiate with potential customers thereabout, respond to maintenance applications and address complaints.
Main Tasks:
Develop the company’s strategies, policies and general plans related to leasing; and follow up the implementation thereof.
Manage and direct the day-to-day leasing activities, proceed the execution of leases, and coordinate with brokers, owners, suppliers and agents.
Revise lease agreements and transactions, negotiate thereabout, ensure reaching the best rates, allocate risks, and negotiate on payment terms, on behalf of facility.
Select, train and supervise the stuff, as well as control the level of their performance and behaviors against the objectives.
Proceeding maintenance activities, and coordination of reparations of equipment to ensure the minimizing of downtime.
