Take part in the development and preparation of the objectives, initiatives & operational plans of the center; generally supervise the activities of managing, planning and organizing the Organization's works in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs; follow up all the related administrative processes; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that ensure the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.
