134902 - Municipal & Rural Affairs Manager

Plan, direct and coordinate the management of municipal & rural affairs, oversee municipalities, proceed the development and provision of services in cities and villages, develop programs and policies of municipal and rural affairs, and supervise the execution thereof.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop policies and procedures related to management, and ensure the adherence of staff, municipal directors and citizens in cities and villages to the relevant regulations.
  • Manage the day-to-day processes of management, supervise project execution and financing applications, and provide project plans.
  • Revise the plans and programs provided by municipalities; to develop cities, villages, reconstruction, housing and roads, and provide the necessary allocations and budgets.
  • Contact with stakeholders, such as: public and private institutions, and international organizations.
  • Develop policies and procedures; to ensure the compliance with HSE laws and regulations, and supervise the implementation thereof.
