Plan, direct and coordinate activities of facilities management, develop schedules of maintenance and cleanness of facilities, including the current and coming physical locations, designs and furniture.
Main Tasks:
Develop public administrative plans, policies and strategies of company facilities, besides proceed the execution thereof; to ensure the compliance with HSE rules and regulations, and proceed the implementation thereof.
Carry out day-to-day activities at facility, including physical locations, designs and furniture, besides develop time schedules of maintenance and cleanness.
Proceed maintenance activities, and coordinate reparations, taking into account the minimization of downtime.
Select, train and supervise the staff, as well as controlling their performance and behaviors against specified objectives.
Plan the constructions and new annexes, besides prepare, revise and approve building-associated contracts.
