Plan, direct and coordinate activities of facilities management, develop schedules of maintenance and cleanness of facilities, including the current and coming physical locations, designs and furniture.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop public administrative plans, policies and strategies of company facilities, besides proceed the execution thereof; to ensure the compliance with HSE rules and regulations, and proceed the implementation thereof.
  • Carry out day-to-day activities at facility, including physical locations, designs and furniture, besides develop time schedules of maintenance and cleanness.
  • Proceed maintenance activities, and coordinate reparations, taking into account the minimization of downtime.
  • Select, train and supervise the staff, as well as controlling their performance and behaviors against specified objectives.
  • Plan the constructions and new annexes, besides prepare, revise and approve building-associated contracts.
