134911 - Legal Affairs Manager

Prepare, plan and direct all legal matters, work on following and clarifying the same, and solving any legal problems encountered by the entity.

Main Tasks:
  • Prepare and develop sub-plans and executive programs associated with the legal affairs, in line with entity’s objectives and aspirations.
  • Respond to all enquiries and legal questions, provide legal advice on various legal affairs and obligations.
  • Follow and direct conducting legal studies and re-searches associated with entity works, study all legal cases, follow disputes in which, the entity is a party.
  • Educate legal affairs personnel and all departments on the new legal legislations, infer lessons from encountered difficulties, identify areas of discrepancy, ambiguity and legal gabs in the text of such rules and legislatives.
  • Supervise preparing the necessary documents and reports along with the documented evidence and related basis.
