Take part in developing the general policies of Pilgrims’ Services, supervise the associated services, and control the administrative processes, like: planning, preparing budget, receiving complaints from Pilgrims, investigating these complaints and working on resolving the same.

Main Tasks:
  • Take part in developing a general policy to be complied with, while carrying out all activities associated with Pilgrims’ Services, in cooperation with Hajj Office.
  • Supervise the activities of Pilgrims’ Services, develop the necessary programs and controls related to such activities, and follow the implementation thereof.
  • Control the administrative processes, such as: planning, preparing budget and reports, rendering, controlling, evaluating and enhancing services.
  • Contact and coordinate with external bodies concerned with the activities of Pilgrims’ Services (Ministry of Hajj and Umra, consulates... etc.)
  • Manage complaints raised by Pilgrims and contractors, investigate and work on resolving the same.
