Take part in developing the general policies of Pilgrims’ Services, supervise the associated services, and control the administrative processes, like: planning, preparing budget, receiving complaints from Pilgrims, investigating these complaints and working on resolving the same.
Main Tasks:
Take part in developing a general policy to be complied with, while carrying out all activities associated with Pilgrims’ Services, in cooperation with Hajj Office.
Supervise the activities of Pilgrims’ Services, develop the necessary programs and controls related to such activities, and follow the implementation thereof.
Control the administrative processes, such as: planning, preparing budget and reports, rendering, controlling, evaluating and enhancing services.
Contact and coordinate with external bodies concerned with the activities of Pilgrims’ Services (Ministry of Hajj and Umra, consulates... etc.)
Manage complaints raised by Pilgrims and contractors, investigate and work on resolving the same.
