134922 - Prosecution Affairs Manager Participate in setting objectives and plans related to prosecution affairs, develop and coordinate the operational plans and procedures of public prosecutors, directly supervise planning and organization of works of prosecution, in accordance with prepared operational plans and objectives, and ensure availability of all technical and human resources ensuring the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Main Tasks:
Participate in the development of strategic plans & general objectives of the Prosecution, in line with the strategic visions and priorities of public prosecution, and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is determined.
Take part in developing and coordinating the operational plans and procedures associated with the public prosecutors, ensure the adherence to all relevant laws, regulations and decisions, contact with the public prosecutors, promote their understanding and keep them updated about the associated developments.
Build strategic relationships with business partners, such as judges and lawyers, coordinate projects and joint efforts, coordinate and communicate with them on an ongoing basis, and ensuring effective internal communication channels that achieve a high level of integration and cohesion among all organizational units.
Supervise preparing the general achievement reports and summaries, present these reports to the senior management at court, inform the same of the various challenges and developments; and consult them about various emergent legal issues.
Participate in setting and implementation of strategies and programs for development and training of public prosecutors; ensuring the availability of qualified and trained staff in various fields of work; and ensure the availability of all modern techniques and means to enable the same to apply work’s principles and methods as required.
