134925 - Investigation and Prosecution Deputy Take part in identifying targets and operational plans on Investigation and Prosecution, directly supervise planning, organizing and managing the internal works, in line with the operational plans and targets, follow all approved administrative processes, play the role of manager in the absence thereof, and execute all instructions related to technical and administrative aspects.
Main Tasks:
Take part in developing main strategies and objectives of Investigation and Prosecution Circuit, in line with public prosecution’s strategies and objectives, supervise circuit’s different activities, and follow-up-on the flow of processes and procedures.
Contribute to the management, direction and execution of the circuit’s strategic objectives through the issuance of administrative, organizational and technical instructions, circulars and decisions related to the management of the operations of the Investigation and Prosecution with the aim to implement the developed plans, programs and objectives; and ensure the employees’ compliance with these instructions.
Manage and direct the efforts aimed at studying and identifying the needs and priorities for the development of the Circuit in all aspects; follow up the execution and application of the initiatives, programs and projects aimed at training and developing investigators and prosecutors; and ensure the provision of all the necessary resources to achieve these goals.
Represent and act on behalf of the Circuit in events, meetings and conferences with the various concerned members of the community and identify their needs, requirements, observations and suggestions.
Supervise the preparation of reports about the achievements and activities of the Circuit; present such reports to the senior management of public prosecution; brief the senior leadership on the various challenges and developments; and provide solutions and recommendations for various strategic issues and important future initiatives.
