Plan, direct and coordinate the processes of antiquities management; supervise internal and external communications with the media; develop management programs and policies; and supervise the implementation thereof.
Main Tasks:
Develop the policies and procedures related to the archaeological management processes; ensure that the employees, cultural institutions and other end users are complying with the relevant regulations.
Manage the management's daily operations, including scheduling meetings and communicating with the media.
Develop and coordinate programs aimed at promoting the archaeological sector and raising the cultural awareness.
Contact with stakeholders, such as: public and private institutions, and international organizations.
Select, train and supervise employees, besides control their performance and behaviors, against the set targets.
