Plan, direct and coordinate the processes of antiquities management; supervise internal and external communications with the media; develop management programs and policies; and supervise the implementation thereof.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop the policies and procedures related to the archaeological management processes; ensure that the employees, cultural institutions and other end users are complying with the relevant regulations.
  • Manage the management's daily operations, including scheduling meetings and communicating with the media.
  • Develop and coordinate programs aimed at promoting the archaeological sector and raising the cultural awareness.
  • Contact with stakeholders, such as: public and private institutions, and international organizations.
  • Select, train and supervise employees, besides control their performance and behaviors, against the set targets.
