134935 - Crowd Management Manager Supervise all activities, plans and mechanisms aiming to management of large numbers of crowds in gathering places, pilgrims, Umrah performers, visitors and prayers in holy places, partially in the two holy mosques.
Main Tasks:
Ensure availability of methodological and scientific plans, procedures and mechanisms to manage large numbers of crowds, pilgrims, Umrah performers, visitors and prayers to ensure the preservation of lives, safety and ease access thereof to their destinations.
Supervise crowd management techniques and methods including monitoring, control and observation systems, and provide an instantaneous database supporting timely decision-making processes.
Ensure effective and continuous coordination and communication with all concerned bodies in the Two Holy Mosques and other gathering places contributing to successful management of large crowds and preventing any congestion or clash between crowds or visitors of the Two Holy Mosques, particularly during Hajj and Umrah seasons.
Supervise preparation of developmental studies and research aiming to identification of places of crowding and congestion, and provide future recommendations and proposals to solve and overcome such problems.
Ensure the availability of staff qualified and trained in various fields of crowd management, and ensure the availability of all modern techniques and means to enable them to apply principles and methods of crowd management in reality as required.
