Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the Nationality Department, and managing the processes of granting nationality and citizenship and withdrawing them.
Main Tasks:
Develop nationality management policies and procedures and ensure that applicants and holders comply with relevant regulations.
Oversee the processes of granting and withdrawing citizenship, and ensure compliance with national legislation and policies.
Select, train and supervise the staff, as well as controlling their performance and behaviors against specified objectives.
Communicate with governmental institutions to exchange information on applicants and coordinate possible corrective action in case of violations.
