Planning, directing and coordinating hotel activities. Hospitality, food and beverage management, hotel management and maintenance. Responsibility for overall performance.

Main Tasks:
  • Manage hotel staff and operations including reception, reservations, food and beverage, and housekeeping.
  • Monitor the overall performance of the hotel and increase the profitability of its facilities.
  • Develop policies and procedures to direct operations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee customer service and satisfaction. Follow up on disputes and complaints.
  • Manage hotel support functions including marketing, procurement, human resources, finance and budgeting.
