Study the conditions of hotel operations and participate in the planning of hotel promotion campaigns in coordination with the offices of tourism, travel and hotels. Find solutions to the challenges and difficulties facing hotels and the management of specialized documents and reports related to the field of hotel operations, present and keep these solutions.

Main Tasks:
  • Managing hotel development strategies and plans as well as laws and regulations.
  • Manage the collection, validation, and analysis of hotel services common prices and ensuring appropriateness, and analyze promotional options to improve hotel revenues.
  • Planning hotel promotional campaigns in coordination with tourism and travel offices, hotels, air and land transport companies to encourage and attract domestic and foreign tourist groups.
  • Manage hotel promotion plans and programs and identify challenges, difficulties, problems and proposed alternatives to address them.
  • Manage Hotel specialized documents and reports and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions in its database according to the adopted policies and procedures.
