141202 - Hospitality Manager

Develop hospitality operational plans and procedures, direct supervision of the planning, organization and management of the entity hospitality works in accordance with the set operational plans and objectives, follow-up all approved operations, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that ensure the conduct of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop, coordinate plans and operational procedures of the hospitality management staff, define and assign tasks and responsibilities to them.
  • General supervision of the performance of the hospitality teams and their compliance with the approved methods of hospitality, and follow the progress of processes and procedures and the level of services provided, and ensure their compliance with the approved quality standards
  • Monitor and evaluate the cleanliness of food and beverage preparation areas in the body and ensuring full compliance with all conditions and standards related to hygiene and occupational safety
  • Reviewing and evaluating the quantities of the available raw materials required for the preparation of food and beverages and ensuring their availability to the extent required to avoid any shortage.
  • Oversee the periodic technical reports on work problems and challenges and propose appropriate solutions and corrective actions.
