142001 - Retail Sales Manager
Plan, direct and coordinate the retail sales operations in the facility, continuous supervision of a range of retail stores, budget and staff management, and overall store performance.
Main Tasks:
Manage the day-to-day retail operations in the facility, ensure optimal resource allocation, and oversee personnel planning and training.
Monitor the performance of retail stores, manage the distribution of performance-related rewards and bonuses, and replace managers if necessary in a timely manner.
Develop expansion plans based on market data, future expansion and contraction options.
Manage and resolve potential customer complaints and disputes after escalation to a managerial level.
Ensure compliance with all regulations, rules and terms of trademarks.
