Plan, direct and coordinating operations in the wholesale store, manage relationships with suppliers on the one hand and retailers on the other, and manage budget, staff and the store overall performance.
Main Tasks:
Manage day-to-day operations of the wholesale store, ensure optimal resource allocation, and oversee personnel affairs and training.
Monitor stock levels, ensure timely ordering of products, and oversee the immediate handling of incoming products for storage or shelving.
Monitor wholesale store performance, analyze budgets, sales and performance indicators.
Develop and implement promotional and advertising plans to promote commercial growth.
Manage and resolve potential customer complaints and disputes after escalation to a managerial level.
