Main Tasks:
Manage health club staff and operations including beauty and fitness centers, health, food and beverages and accommodations.
Oversee the overall performance of the health club, and help increase the profitability of its facilities.
Develop policies and necessary procedures to direct the operations of the Health Club and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Oversee customer service and satisfaction, follow-up disputes and complaints.
Manage the support functions of the Health Club, including procurement, human resources, finance and budgeting.
