143105 - Sports Facility Manager Participate in the development of the main objectives of the sports facility, develop plans and programs to contribute to the achievement of these goals, and, supervise directly the planning and organization of the works of the sports facility in accordance with the plans and objectives prepared, follow-up all approved operations, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that ensure the conduct of daily operations in the most efficient and effective Possible.
Main Tasks:
Take part in developing the key objectives for the Sports Facility; develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is determined.
General supervision of the performance and work of the teams in the sports facility, lead the direction and follow-up of the general operations, procedures and the level of services provided and ensure consistency and compliance with the approved quality standards.
Build strategic relationships with business partners, such as sports and youth bodies and centers, coordinating projects and joint efforts, coordinating and communicating with them on an ongoing basis, and ensuring effective internal communication channels that achieve a high level of integration and cohesion among all organizational units.
Communicate with all relevant parties in order to promote the facility, and invite these entities to take advantage of the sports facilities they provide to help raise the revenues of the facility.
Supervise the preparation of summaries and general reports on the progress of operations within the sports facility and present them to the specialized senior management, inform it of the different challenges and developments and consult it on various urgent issues.
