143106 - Youth Hostel Manager Develop operational plans and executive programs for the works and activities of the hostel, supervise directly the planning and organization of the hostel’s work in accordance with the operational plans, executive programs, and set objectives, follow-up all approved operations, and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that ensure the conduct of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Main Tasks:
Develop the operational plans and executive programs of the hostel's works and activities and ensuring their alignment with the establishment objectives and other youth activities, while ensuring an effective mechanism to measure the level of quality, achievement and effectiveness.
Supervise the works and activities of the youth hostel and its sports, social, scouting and technical activities, provide appropriate technical or administrative advice in order to develop its performance and ensure its ability to achieve the objectives for which it was founded.
Communicate with the official bodies and agencies for the purpose of managing and coordinating all joint efforts related to youth affairs and activities and coordinating with the offices of the General Authority for Sport, clubs and youth bodies.
Supervise preparing reports of work and completion, submit them to the senior management, keep the it informed of different challenges and updates related to youth works and activities, besides request senior management’s consultation on different issues and future initiatives.
Ensure the availability of qualified and trained cadres to carry out youth affairs and activities, ensure the availability of continuous support and guidance, and enable them to employ modern practices, methods and means to improve the level of activities and related work.
