143108 - Youth Welfare Operations manager Participate in setting and preparing operational goals and plans related to youth welfare, and directly supervise the processes and activities related to youth welfare and development programs and follow up their implementation in accordance with the vision, goals and policies aimed at supporting and developing youth in the Kingdom.
Main Tasks:
Participate in setting goals and operational plans related to the welfare and development of youth and identify their goals, and review and ensure their validity, comprehensiveness and applicability.
Supervise all day-to-day works and activities of youth welfare and development, ensuring full compliance with all rules and regulations governing how to establish specialized bodies or associations in this field and how to exercise their activities.
Ensure effective and continuous coordination and communication with all bodies concerned with youth welfare and development processes, coordinate joint efforts and initiatives that contribute to enhancing the level of services provided and the results achieved.
Cooperate and communicate with internal and external business partners for the purpose of exchanging information, experiences, coordinating and implementing processes and initiatives that achieve common interests.
Follow-up, direct and review the preparation of youth’s care and development specialist reports, present it to the senior management, brief them on various challenges and developments and provide solutions and recommendations for various issues and future initiatives.
