Plane, direct and coordinate the operations of the travel agency, promote offers related to holidays, tourism and travel, and sell them to meet the requirements of the travel and tourism market, budget management, staff and the overall performance of the agency.
Main Tasks:
Manage day-to-day retail operations in the travel agency, ensure optimal resources allocation, and oversee personnel planning and training.
Promote the Agency's business and marketing it through a variety of channels, create special packages, promotional campaigns and arranging on-demand trips.
Monitor travel agency’s performance, analyze budgets, sales and performance indicators.
Develop and implement promotional and advertising plans to promote commercial growth.
Manage and resolve potential customer complaints and disputes after escalation to manager level to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
