Study the properties of chemical substances of chemical industries; study the features of chemical products, develop methods for manufacturing chemical products; follow up the flow of production processes; study the technical issues; identify the causes of such issues; propose solutions; and follow up the development of assistants' efficiency.
Main Tasks:
Prepare programs for operating lab equipment and devices; prepare the technical reports; develop work methods using the latest technology; provide the appropriate health conditions at worksite; develop the OHS procedures; and follow up the scientific and technical developments.
Take samples from the chemicals used in manufacturing chemical products; prepare them for study; and conduct the chemical analyses to study their features and identifying their risks.
Study the features of chemical products; identify their density and the concentrations of active ingredient.
follow up on, study, and work on developing, the approved manufacturing conditions; look for appropriate new manufacturing methods for developing the production, reducing the cost and minimizing their side effects on environment.
follow up the maintenance of lab equipment and devices; and coordinate with mechanical and electrical maintenance sections.
